Become a Valor Coach

We’re looking for exceptional coaches who are ready to work one-on-one with clients around the world to help them achieve and sustain peak performance. As a Valor Coach, you’ll help clients succeed — both professionally and personally — and be at their best when it matters most. Requirements include: 

Performance Focused

An advanced degree in a field such as psychology or counseling, or a performance or executive coaching certification

Leadership Expertise

Familiarity with leadership development theory

Coaching Enthusiast

3+ years of performance or coaching experience
